I hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a refund. Please see below for more information.


All returns must be posted (with a tracking number) within 7 days of the item arriving with you. All returns must be in the exact condition as sold.


To return an item, please get in touch for the address you need to send the package to.

Return shipping charges will be paid for by the buyer.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return. Assuming the condition is in “as sold” condition, the refund will be issued being the total order value minus the original postage cost. Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your item for this. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Personalised items are not eligible for a refund. This includes all birthday cards and paintings specific to you - i.e. a piece with your name on, a family member, pet etc. Please note this does not apply if the reason for return is due to your item being damaged in the transit to you.
